Dualis 2000 DB

The DUALIS 2000 DB Ticket Vending Machine is an ICA Traffic GmbH exclusive product for the Deutsche Bahn AG and is intended for stationary use at railway stations and tram/bus stops.

The migration idea has been consistently realised, i.e. the DUALIS 1000 D is prepared for electronic ticketing, however without having to dispense with the medium of the paper ticket.
As an option the DUALIS 2000 DB can be equipped with a data interface for GPRS, GSM, LAN or ISDN. Additionally, through the integration of a webcam and an intercom device, it also enables audio and video links between a CallCentre and the customer.
User interface of the DUALIS 2000 DB can also be operated by remote control.
With the "User Remote Support System" (DUALIS URS) ICA offers passengers assistance with call-centre support.
